A Journey of Purpose

My journey into technology, education, and leadership was inspired by personal tragedy. Losing my mother and brother in a house fire at 12 years old was a moment that reshaped my life. But I chose to turn that pain into purpose. I built platforms that uplift others, especially those who have been overlooked or underserved. Technology and education became my tools for healing, empowerment, and transformation. Leadership became a responsibility to serve, inspire, and create access.

My mission is to bring that vision to life by designing and leading initiatives that make education accessible, affordable, and impactful especially for underserved communities. Through platforms like TenderDexta, I leverage technology to deliver high-quality learning experiences, upskill individuals, and empower businesses. I champion sustainable business practices, advocate for inclusion and mental health, and create systems that foster growth, resilience, and opportunity.

The change I most want to see in the world through my work is a future where education is not a privilege but a right accessible, affordable, and transformative for every individual, regardless of background or circumstance. I envision communities that are empowered through knowledge, businesses that grow sustainably, and systems that prioritize inclusion, mental well-being, and innovation.

Professional Journey

I landed my first job at the age of 18 in the entertainment industry, marking the beginning of a diverse and evolving career. Since then, I've held multiple roles across sectors (media, legal, oil&gas, etc), each contributing to the leader I am today. But the defining and transformational chapter began when I entered the tech industry.

I started as an Energy Executive at E.on Next UK, where I gained valuable insight into sustainable energy practices and corporate responsibility. This experience sparked my passion for sustainability and strategic innovation. I later served as a Sustainability Executive with the Pythian Club in Nottingham, where I actively contributed to grassroots environmental initiatives and community engagement.

After completing my Master's in Management and International Business at Nottingham Trent University, I returned to Nigeria with a renewed sense of purpose. I co-founded Baritex International Service Limited, where I currently serve as CEO. Under Baritex, I launched two impact-driven ventures:

The Inspiration

The inspiration for Mind of a Mother came from a deeply personal place. After surviving a tragic house fire at the age of thirteen that claimed the lives of my mother and brother, writing became my refuge a way to express grief and pain that words couldn't capture aloud. Years later, in 2021, I hosted the Mom Support Circle, an event focused on motherhood and mental health. The vulnerability and raw honesty shared by the women there moved me profoundly. I realized that many mothers carry silent struggles, and it was time to give voice to those untold realities not just mine, but theirs too.

If I Weren't in My Current Field

If I weren't in my current field, I'd probably be pursuing ballet dancing full-time. It conveys grace, discipline, and storytelling through movement, and has always captivated me. I dream of training at Juilliard, immersing myself in the world of the performing arts, and using dance as a medium to express emotion, resilience, and transformation.
